Service Description
INCLUDES: 12 medical consultations (in-person or virtual), extra visits $20 each. Secure messaging and prescriptions. Coordination with specialists if necessary. Exclusions: Laboratory tests, imaging, medications, specialist visits, hospitalizations, and emergencies are not included. The clinic does not bill or coordinate with insurance companies for services covered under this model.
Cancellation Policy
English Version: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in a $10 cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and may still incur the cancellation fee. Packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once the session is reserved. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
