Cancellation Policy

English Version: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in a $10 cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and may still incur the cancellation fee. Packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once the session is reserved. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
